We have been working with our property managers Tim and Iza for several years now and have always been very happy with their service. They are warm, reliable, and consistently ensure that our guests are welcomed personally and that the house is clean and well-prepared for each arrival. This is reflected in the positive feedback we have received from our guests.
They are incredibly supportive, especially as we are based abroad, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing there is someone on hand should anything arise. They are always quick to respond in emergency situations and go above and beyond to help whenever needed.
They have also been extremely helpful in organising property improvements and ongoing maintenance, drawing on their network of trusted tradespeople. In addition, they’ve kindly assisted with sourcing and replacing furniture or other items when needed, which has been invaluable.
On a personal level, they are a lovely couple and it’s always a pleasure to catch up with them over coffee or a meal when we visit. We truly value their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
