This wonderful 2 bedroom apartment is on the 1^st floor just across the road from the Villamartin Plaza.  There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants which are all within just a minute or two walk.  The Villamartin golf course is approximately two minutes walk from the apartment.

When you walk in through the front door you are greeted by a clean, fresh and modern looking interior.  The good sized and very well equipped kitchen  (complete with a toasted sandwich maker) is on the left.  The open plan lounge area is large and newly furnished.  The television accommodates English and Spanish channels.  Next to the television is an Alexa for guests to use if required.  There is air-conditioning in the lounge.  The balcony has a southerly orientation and overlooks the communal pool. 

The main bedroom has two beds which are pushed together to make a double bed.  These can also be separated to form two single beds.  There is air-conditioning is this main bedroom.  The twin bedroom has a modern Bluetooth enabled ceiling fan/light.

The bathroom is traditional with a bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and handbasin.

The local area has plenty to offer.  The Zenia Boulevard is only a 5 minute drive, whilst La Zenia beach is only a 9 minute drive.  As well as the nearby Villamartin Golf course, there are many other golf courses within 45 minutes drive.
