Description

Walking into the property from the outside large and spacious garden area you are greeted by a large and light living room with an open plan dining area to the left.  All these areas are very well furnished.  This property has English and Spanish TV & WiFi throughout.  Airconditioning is in the lounge and both bedrooms and these can also provide heating if required.  A high chair is also available at this property.

There is a breakfast bar in-between the lounge and the large kitchen which is very well equipped.  All room have windows looking into the garden.  This quad property is on the end of the private street and thus has more outside space than some other properties.  There is a downstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The first floor has one double and one twin bedroom both of which have their own sliding doors to a shared balcony.   The twin room is large enough to also accommodate a fold up bed if required. Also on this floor there is a large family bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin.

A further staircase leads to the private solarium from which you have distant sea views and can catch the sun all day.  Here there are sun loungers on which to relax along with tables and chairs to sit at and enjoy some refreshments.

Outside on the ground floor there is a lovely sheltered terrace area with a large table and chairs to enjoy some al fresco dining and in the graveled garden there is further seating and a stone BBQ.

The delightful communal pool is surrounded by a grass area and is just at the end of the private road (less than 100 metres from the property).

This fantastic property is ideally located.  The infamous Paddys Point bar & restaurant is only 15 minutes walk and the Zenia Boulevard is a 10 minute walk.  Cabo Roig has a weekly market of fresh produce every Thursday and every Saturday is the Playa Flamenca street market close to the Boulevard.  There are some fabulous walks in the area and the coastal walkway provides some beautiful views.  There are watersports, golf and go-karting activites all close by.

Cabo Roig is one of the most popular areas on the Orihuela Costa . This area boasts some fantastic beaches like Cala Capitan , Cabo Roig , La Zenia & Campoamor . Three of these beaches are within a 12 - 15 minute walk from this property and if you do not fancy the beach then just have a relaxing day by the pool .  

For places to go in the evening time, you could head to the Cabo Roig strip which is full of wonderful bars and restaurants to suit all tastes or go into the nearest city of Torrevieja and spend your evening on the local promenade.  Here there are wonderful sea views ( lovely breeze ), great choice of restaurants and of course the carnival for the children and the fantastic market stalls that are set up for you as you walk along the promenade. There are plenty of restaurants here to choose from and there is no hurry home as everything stays open until 02.00am
