Quatro/Quad House 3 Bed Quad in a lovely area. Beautiful pool. Short walk to Cabo Roig StripThis is a lovely 3 bed quad house close to Cabo Roig Strip. This house is south facing so will get plenty of sunshine all day long. It is nicely furnished and comes with English tv , WiFi and air conditioning in the living room as well as all 3 bedrooms.
The communal pool here is as big as they come as it is set on an 800 meter square site. The house consists of 3 bedrooms so comfortably sleep six persons. Quiet and relaxing by day, the main centre of Cabo Roig is only an eight minute walk away and the local beach at Cabo Roig is about a 14 minute walk.
Cabo Roig is one of the most popular areas on the Orihuela Costa . This area boasts some fantastic beaches like Cala Capitan , Cabo Roig , La Zenia & Campoamor . Three of these beaches are within a 12 - 15 minute walk from this property and if you do not fancy the beach then just have a relaxing day by the pool .
For places to go in the evening time, you could head to the Cabo Roig strip or go into the nearest city of Torrevieja and spend your evening on the local promenade. Here there are wonderful sea views ( lovely breeze ), great choice of restaurants and of course the carnival for the children and the fantastic market stalls that are set up for you as you walk along the promenade. There are plenty of restaurants here to choose from and there is no hurry home as everything stays open until 02.00am

Great property, close to the restaurants and beaches. We loved the pool area as provided an area to sunbathe while the kids splashed.
Thanks for letting us stay at your property. We had a great time and enjoyed all the space it provides.

La casa estaba muy bien y hemos salido muy contentos, no hemos tenidi ningún problema. El único probla es que el sitio para aparcar el coche era muy estrecho pero es culpa de la promotora.
