It is located in the urbanisation of La Zenia, very close to the famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and only a walk of 800 meters to the beautiful La Zenia Beach and the many gorgeous beaches and walks along the coast.

Please note there is a cleaning fee of 70 Euros payable to our key holder when you arrive.
Check in after 1600hrs
Check out before 1000hrs
We will meet you personally with the keys so that we can answer any questions you may have. We try to be flexible where possible but check in times are normally after 1600hrs up until 2300hrs.
Late check in can incur a €25 fee paid to the keyholder on arrival.
Please send us your travel details for both ways as soon as possible to save any confusion with arrival and departure arrangement
We do not supply beach towels. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Just back from a wonderful holiday at this gorgeous villa. The entire experience was seamless and Tim was a wonderful host. I would definitely recommend this villa as a peaceful retreat. Looking forward to a return visit!

Spent Christmas at this detached accommodation. Very modern, well equipped and very clean. Latest TV has all the UK 'Freeview' channels. Good beds, plenty of good clean linen and towels etc. Well located, quiet, with La Zenia shopping centre and lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. There is a small clean pool and the beach is about 10/15 mins walk. Lots of outside modern furniture on the front terrace, even a barbecue and it is south facing, lots of sun.There is safe parking adjacent. Richard the manager is very helpful, lots of info, easy to contact,nothing seems too much trouble. Will be back! Really good week, home from home really.
