HolidaysinSpain4U are delighted to present this wonderful 3 bedroom house for holiday lets.  This fantastically presented Quad house is ideal for families.  The property has a spacious lounge / dining area with air conditioning, 2 double bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and 1 twin bedroom.  All bedrooms have ceiling fans.  The kitchen is very well equipped.  There are 2 bathrooms.  The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, hand basin and toilet.  The upstairs bathroom has a bath (with overhead shower), hand basin, bidet and toilet.  The upstairs balcony is perfect for sitting out or sunbathing and is accessed from the double bedroom.  The large outside space boasts a seating area with table perfect for alfresco dining.  There is a new barbeque for guests to enjoy.  Just a couple of minutes walk is the beautiful communal pool. The nearby beach at Cabo Roig is just over a 10 minute walk away. A trip to the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is a must as there is evening entertainment in the main square and on the upper level there are many fine restaurants to choose from.
