This is a wonderful house on a quiet street in Punta Prima yet only 5 minutes walk to the wide selection of super restaurants, bars & shops.  There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.

On the ground floor is the spacious lounge / diner which leads out on to the front terrace where there is space for relaxing and enjoying a delicious barbeque.  If shade is required, a canopy can be unwound to provide as much shelter as required.  Also on the ground floor is one of the two bathrooms and also the large kitchen too.  Leading out of the kitchen is the rear terrace and the communal pool.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and the family bathroom with overhead shower.  On this floor is a balcony with distant sea views.  On the second floor is the spacious twin bedroom and also another balcony.

The local supermarket is approximately 3 minutes walk from the house and roughly 25 mins walk to the local beaches.  There are several wonderful golf courses within 30 minutes’ drive and the superb La Zenia Boulevard only 10 minutes by car.
