This comfortably furnished property provides a great location for those wishing to be close to a very good selection of amenities, whilst still being able to enjoy relaxing surroundings. The Cabo Roig Strip is a short walk where there are an abundance of restaurants on the doorstep to cater for all ages and tastes.
The Villa benefits from modern ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms, providing a comfortable haven from the warm Mediterranean sun, and the lounge features IPTV television, Wifi for guests to enjoy. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with ensuite facilites. The kitchen is very large and well equipped for all your needs. including intergrated microwave and fridge/freezer. The property is equipped is both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Outside, a covered terrace provides a perfect setting for alfresco dining, within the colourful surroundings of the gardens.

Please note there is a cleaning fee of 70 Euros payable to our key holder when you arrive
Check in after 1600hrs
Check out before 1000hrs
We will meet you personally with the keys so that we can answer any questions you may have. We try to be flexible where possible but check in times are normally after 1600hrs up until 2300hrs.
Late check in can incur a €25 fee paid to the keyholder on arrival.
Please send us your travel details for both ways as soon as possible to save any confusion with arrival and departure arrangement
We do not supply beach towels. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

We are a family of four and have just returned from staying in this property. The typically Spanish villa and gardens were wonderful and relaxing. We had everything we needed to fill our 10 days away and Wi-Fi for the kids was great. 2 great beaches in easy walking distance and a local supermarket was close too. A short walk away from the Cabo Roig strip to entertain us in the evenings and then back to the quiet secure surroundings were perfect. There was also plenty of out door furniture for dinning and chilling outside. Will will be returning
