Off the kitchen can be found a further patio with patio furniture leading to a utility/shower room with washing machine, shower, sink and toilet.The first floor has a Twin twin bedroom and Double Bedroom both with fitted wardrobes, the main bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath with shower. Both bedrooms have access to a Large Wrap round patio.
On the second floor can be found an extensive main bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, settee/sofa bed and en suite shower room. This bedroom has a lovely south facing view of the Park.. All the Bedrooms and Living Room has Excellent New hot and cold air conditioning, grills to windows and doors, roll down shutters to the windows and marble floors throughout.
The Community is very well looked after and has its own swimming pool with lifeguard during summer months and lots of pretty planting to many of the communal areas.
This is the perfect location for the large Zenia Boulevard, Supermarket and about 30 Restaurants and Bars, the Beach is about a 10 minute walk and one of the best in the area

Having previously stayed in an apartment in la Zenia we were delighted with the space the house provided. On arrival we found the house to be clean and tidy, with good size bedrooms & air conditioning which was a great help. We found the nearby pool a great way to spend the afternoon with our 2 year old son. The house is in a great location with it being a short walk to all amenities. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Richard & Donna (people we booked holiday with) for being helpful & pleasant to deal with.

Cant rate this house enough! Everything you need for a family,great location,spotless. Pool is seconds away from your doorstep. Lightbulb went,but Richard came out that day to replace with zero hassle. Would 100% stay here again.
